§ 91.055 DOGS AND RABIES.

It shall be unlawful for any person or owner to keep or maintain in the city any dog, or other animal, which appears to be suffering from rabies or other infections or dangerous disease. It shall be unlawful for any person or owner to not immediately report such act to a veterinarian or other authority.
