(A) No license required by this subchapter shall be issued for any dog unless it shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian with anti-rabic vaccine within three months preceding the date on which the dog is licensed, or, in case of a permanent vaccine, at any time prior to the time of licensing.
(B) Vaccination with live embryonated egg vaccine within two years shall be deemed vaccination sufficient to permit the issuance of the license required by this subchapter, and a veterinarian’s certificate to that effect shall be in compliance with this section.
