§ 91.003 APPLICABILITY.

(A) The provisions hereof shall include dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals not specifically prohibited within the city limits by ordinance, so far as applicable, but animals other than dogs are not required to be licensed.

(B) Animals specifically prohibited shall not be allowed within the city limits.
