§ 90.046 STANDARDS OF REPAIR; DEMOLITION; VACATION; REMOVAL.
   The following standards shall be followed by the Building Inspector and the Common Council in ordering repair(s), rehabilitation, vacation, removal, or demolition of any dangerous or hazardous building, structure, or premises:
   (A)   The condition or defects causing a building, structure, or premises to be declared dangerous or hazardous under this subchapter shall either be eliminated or repaired in accordance with the current building code or instructions by the Common Council, or shall be demolished or removed at the option of the owner or other party in § 90.044; and
   (B)   If the building or structure is in such condition as to make it immediately dangerous or hazardous to the life, limb, property, welfare, health, or safety of the public or its occupants, it shall be ordered vacated, demolished, or removed.
