§ 30.02 MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL.
   (A)   The Common Council shall hold its regular meetings on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m., of such day at such place as may be determined by the Council.
   (B)   An alternative time and/or date of regular meetings may be adjusted as deemed necessary by the Council and/or Mayor.
