§ 72.15 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride, having two or more tandem wheels either of which is over ten inches in diameter.
