§ 11.02 WARDS.

   The city is hereby divided into three wards to be known and designated as follows.

   (A)   First Ward. The part of the city which extends from the northern city limits on the west side of Elm Street to Ninth Street and continuing west to College Street; and the area north of Eighth Street to the western city limits.

   (B)   Second Ward. The part of the city which extends from the area south of Eighth Street from the western city limits and continuing east to College Street; and the area south of Ninth Street going east to Oak Street; and the area south of Eighth Street to the eastern city limits.

   (C)   Third Ward. The part of the city which extends from the northern city limits on the east side of Elm Street to Ninth Street and continuing east to Oak Street, and the area north of Eighth Street to the eastern city limits.
