(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any owner of property, any named insured or insurer who violates the provisions of § 35.01 or who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements hereof shall be sentenced upon conviction thereof to pay a fine not greater than $1,000 plus costs in any default of payment.
