§ 34.024 EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS.
   Transactions excluded from the imposition of Realty Transfer Tax are those enumerated in 72 P.S. § 8102-C.3, as amended. To exercise an exclusion set forth in 72 P.S. § 8102-C.3, the procedure therein shall be followed.
