§ 813 Refuse Handling.
   (1)   The storage, collection and disposal of refuse in the mobile home park shall be so constructed as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards or air pollution.
   (2)   Collection of garbage and rubbish shall be provided not less frequently than once a week.
   (3)   Collection may be made at each mobile home site. If so, between collections, garbage and refuse shall be stored in fly-tight, rodent-proof and watertight containers.
   (4)   Alternatively, collection may be made at solid waste collection stations at convenient but inconspicuous locations, each serving not more than 15 mobile homes. The stations shall consist of self-closing containers, with separate containers for garbage and trash, placed on a concrete slab and accessible for truck pick-up, and completely screened from view by solid fencing.
   (5)   All park areas shall be kept free of litter and rubbish at all times.
