(1) Uses and Activities. The applicant may provide laundry facilities, management office, indoor recreational facilities or sheltered waiting areas for park residents only. Mailboxes shall be provided consistent with current USPS regulations.
(2) Construction and Maintenance. Construction of service buildings shall be in compliance with all applicable building codes and shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary and structurally safe condition.
(3) Sales. No commercial sales of mobile homes shall be permitted on the park premises.
