(1) Every park shall contain an electrical wiring system consisting of wiring, fixtures, equipment and appurtenances which shall be installed and maintained in accordance with local electric power company’s specifications regulating such systems.
(2) Power distribution lines. All power distribution lines located within the private street right of way shall be placed in underground conduit. Conduit specifications and minimum cover requirements shall meet or exceed be compliant with NFPA 70 National Electrical Code, as amended.
(3) Individual electrical connections. Each mobile home site shall be provided with an electrical connection compliant with applicable building codes.
