§ 508 Streetlights.
   When required by the Township, the owner shall install or cause to be installed, at the owner’s expense, streetlights serviced by underground conduit in accordance with a plan to be prepared by the owner’s engineer and approved by the Township. (Refer § 527 of this Ordinance).
