§ 151.020 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Board of Supervisors shall annually appoint the Township Zoning Officer as the Floodplain Administrator to administer and enforce this chapter and is referred to herein as the Floodplain Administrator.
   (B)   In the absence of a designated Floodplain Administrator, the Floodplain Administrator duties are to be fulfilled by the Assistant Zoning Officer.
