§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation continues may constitute a separate violation.
   (B)   The township may refuse to renew the license of any owner or operator who fails to maintain a junk/salvage yard in accordance with township regulations, or fails to maintain a junk/salvage yard so as to conform to the plan under which the license was issued.
   (C)   The township may take any appropriate action at law or equity, civil or criminal, to enforce the provisions of this chapter and recover the fees, expenses and costs associated with the enforcement. This chapter shall in no way restrict any remedies, including but not limited to injunctive remedies, otherwise available and provided by law.
