§ 32.26 RECORDS.
   (A)   The Environmental Advisory Council shall keep records of its meetings and activities.
   (B)   Minutes of each meeting shall be forwarded to the governing body.
   (C)   An annual report shall be presented to the governing body which shall be made known and available to the public.
