The franchisee’s rate schedule shall be uniform within reasonable classification throughout the system, not based on density. The company shall have the right from time to time throughout the term hereof to offer promotional inducements with respect to connection, service or other rate charges. The franchisee shall notify the township prior to any rate increase promulgated by the franchisee.
