§ 110.10 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS.
   The franchisee’s construction and maintenance of the transmission and distribution system shall be in accordance with applicable state and federal laws or regulations now in effect or later enacted regulating or affecting the franchisee’s installation or operation.
