The performance by the franchisee hereunder is subject to limitations, restrictions or requirements now existing or which may henceforth be imposed by law, rule or order of the Federal Communications Commission or other government, board, commission or authority. The franchisee shall not be deemed in default of any of the requirements of this subchapter to the extent it acts in compliance with, or refrains from doing anything prohibited by such law, rule or order.
