(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation or utility which shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.02 through 93.23 shall be subject, upon conviction before a District Justice, to pay a fine not to exceed $1,000 per violation and cost of prosecution, and in default of the payment of such fine and costs to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days.
