§ 91.22 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   The Board of Supervisors of the township has determined that air pollution from outdoor wood-fired boilers may be detrimental to the health, comfort, living conditions, welfare and safety of the citizens of the township. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the township to safeguard the citizens of the township from such air pollution.
