§ 91.20 AUTHORITY.
   The Board of Supervisors of Springfield Township, Bucks County, under, and by virtue of and pursuant to the authority granted by the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 66506 and 66529, and the Air Pollution Control Act, 35 P.S. § 4001 et seq., does hereby enact and ordain this subchapter.
