The Board of Supervisors may determine to remove speed humps for any of the following reasons.
(A) Emergency response is significantly affected.
(B) The identified traffic problem necessitating the speed hump has abated.
(C) A petition is submitted reflecting the support of 70% of the households on the street(s) where the traffic calming measure(s) are installed asking that the traffic calming measures be removed.
