§ 71.07 APPROVAL AND INSTALLATION.
   All decisions regarding whether or not to install speed humps shall be made by the Board of Supervisors in accordance with the criteria contained herein. To the extent that there are multiple projects competing for available funds, such projects will be ranked by the Board of Supervisors and implemented as funds permit in the discretion of the Board of Supervisors.
