§ 52.40 EASEMENTS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OTHER RIGHTS.
   The Township Supervisors do hereby grant to the Authority all easements, rights-of-way and other rights on, under and over the public streets and alleys of the township necessary or desirable to facilitate the maintenance and construction of the water system subject to all other applicable township ordinances.
