§ 52.39 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Authority is hereby granted the right to enact all rules and regulations necessary regarding the operation, payment and collection of water rents and for the use of facilities of the Authority. The Authority in all respects shall be obligated to comply with the Municipal Authority’s Act of 1945.
