Upon application and issuance of building or plumbing permit involving a property within the Authority’s service district, the township shall immediately provide written notice to the Authority of the applicant’s name, the contact information for the applicant, the address of the property and provide copies of the application and permit. The township is to give notice to the Authority when an application is submitted.
