Any person, party, entity, firm, group, association, organization, or corporation using a public park, trail, open space area, recreation facility or similar public facility shall comply with the rules and regulations contained herein. Each and every failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be considered a separate violation of the provisions of this chapter.
