§ 51.44 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED.
   The Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to make and promulgate any additional rules and regulations for the review, regulation, approval, administration and enforcement of sewage systems within the township not in conflict with this subchapter, and violations of same shall be subject to the same penalties as provided in this subchapter.
