§ 51.36 SEWAGE FACILITIES ACT IMPLEMENTED.
   This subchapter shall be construed as implementing for the township the provisions of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, P.L. 1535, No. 537, 35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq., January 24, 1966, 35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq., as hereafter amended, supplemented, modified or reenacted by the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.
