Any person which commits or suffers the violation of this chapter, shall, upon being found liable in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Township, pay a fine of $600 plus all court costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Township. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation is found to exist or for each section of this chapter which is found to have been violated. In addition, the Township also may enforce this chapter by an action brought in equity.
