A. The Township Engineer or his assignee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
B. During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that temporary or permanent erosion and sedimentation control or stormwater management BMPs are not being implemented in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan and this Ordinance, the Township shall issue a “Stop work” order until all defects have been corrected.
