§ 1-801 FISCAL MANAGEMENT; FISCAL YEAR.  
   The fiscal year of the Municipality and any public utility of the Municipality commences on October 1 and extends through the following September 30 except as provided in the Municipal Proprietary Function Act. (Ref. 17-701 RS Neb.) (Amended by Ord. No. 390, 12/19/95)
