Any person aggrieved by the issuance, denial, suspension, cancellation, modification, or revocation of any permit provided for in this Article or by any other order of the Director, may within ten (10) days of the receipt of written notice of the entry of such order, submit a written appeal to the City Council at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
