§ 11-616 STORMWATER REGULATIONS; ISSUANCE OF GRADING PERMIT.

If, after, examination of the application for a grading permit, the City has determined that the proposed plan will meet the requirements of this Article and if the NDEQ approved the NPDES application for the project, or fails to review and approve or deny the application within seven (7) days, then the Permits and Inspection Division shall issue the grading permit.
