§ 11-615 STORMWATER REGULATIONS; GRADING PERMIT FEE.  
   Before any grading permit application will be accepted by the Building and Inspections Department, the applicant shall pay to the City a fee in accordance to the Master Fee Schedule. (Ord. No. 960, 5/16/17)
