§ 11-609 STORMWATER REGULATIONS: DAMAGE TO THE MUNICIPAL STORM SEWER SYSTEM.

It is unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the municipal storm sewer system. (Ord. No. 960, 5/16/17)
