§ 11-608 STORMWATER REGULATIONS; DISCHARGE OF SANITARY SEWAGE PROHIBITED.
     No person shall cause discharge of sanitary sewage to the municipal separate storm sewer system. In addition, if the Director determines that a building drain or building sewer is not operating properly and causes the discharge of sewage to the street, sidewalk, or municipal separate storm sewer system, the Director may declare this condition to constitute a public nuisance and proceed to abate that nuisance.
