(A) No person shall install, maintain, or use any connection to the municipal separate storm sewer system that may result in an illicit discharge to the municipal storm sewer system. All connections to the municipal storm sewer system that provide for an illicit discharge from inside a building are prohibited.
(B) This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation, illicit connections made in the past, regardless of whether the connection was permissible under law or practices applicable or prevailing at the time of connection. For illicit connections made in the past, a plan to remedy the illicit connection shall be submitted to the Director. (Ord. No. 960, 5/16/17)
