In order to accommodate anticipated long-range future growth, the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Municipality of Springfield, Nebraska, as prepared by Johnson Erickson O'Brien and Associates, Inc., is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amendments which may now or in the future be made, as though printed in full herein. Such plan shall consist of maps, graphs, and text. Three (3) copies of the herein adopted plan shall be kept on file with the Municipal Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours. (Ref. 18-132 RS Neb.)
