§ 10-1207 MOBILE HOME PARKS; LICENSE; REVOCATION.
   After due investigation by City designated agents, should it be determined that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this Article or that any mobile home or mobile home park is being maintained in an unsanitary or unsafe manner or is a nuisance, the City shall notify the owner or manager of the mobile home park of said violations. The mobile home or mobile home park must be brought into compliance within thirty (30) days for non-emergency non-compliance and within twenty-four (24) hours for emergency non-compliance. Should the mobile home or mobile home park not be brought into compliance within the said time, the City Council is hereby authorized to revoke any license issued pursuant to the terms of this Article.
