§ 10-1206 MOBILE HOME PARKS; LICENSE RENEWAL; RECOMMENDATIONS BY CITY STAFF; INSPECTION OF PREMISES; ISSUANCE; SCOPE.   
   A license may be renewed. Before such license shall be renewed, there shall be a favorable recommendation by City designated agents; and the premises must be inspected and approved by the City’s authorized representative or other City designated agents as complying with all provisions of this Article and all other applicable ordinances of the City.
