Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of this Article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; their license may be revoked, and they may be punished as provided in this Code; provided, that the foregoing provision shall not be construed to preclude any other remedies. In addition thereto, the appropriate authorities of the City may institute injunction, mandamus or other appropriate action or proceedings to prevent unlawful erection, construction, alteration, conversion or use, or to correct or abate such violation, or to prevent the occupancy of the structures or land concerned.
