(A) Each manager’s license shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application as provided in section 10-1125, including but not limited to a review of whether the applicant has been convicted of a specified criminal act or acts. Application for renewal of a manager’s license shall be made at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the manager’s license.
(B) If, subsequent to denial of renewal the City finds that the basis for denial of the renewal of the manager’s license has been corrected, the applicant shall be granted a manager’s license if no more than ninety (90) days have elapsed since the date denial became final. (Ord. No. 617, 6/17/03)
