§ 10-1013 TATTOO AND BODY PIERCING ESTABLISHMENTS; CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION.

An applicant for license to operate a tattooing and/or body piercing establishment shall first obtain a certificate of inspection from the Health Inspection Agency, indicating the establishment has been inspected and is in compliance with the provisions of this Article. (Ord. No. 519, 8/7/01)
