§ 10-906 TOBACCO: RIGHTS OF LICENSEE.
   (A)   The license provided for in sections 28-1421 and 28-1422 RS Neb. shall, when issued, authorize the sale of cigars, tobacco, electronic nicotine delivery systems, cigarettes, and cigarette material by the licensee and employees, to persons twenty-one (21) years of age or over, at the place of business described in the license for the term therein authorized, unless the license is forfeited as a result of court action as provided in section 28-1425 RS Neb. (Ref. 28-1424 RS Neb.)
   (B)   If the license is revoked and forfeited pursuant to section 28-1425 RS Neb., all rights under the license shall at once cease and terminate. (Ref. 28-1425 RS Neb.) (Amended by Ord. Nos. 895, 7/21/15; 1042, 7/21/20; 1098, 12/7/21)
