The applicant for a license required by the provisions of this Article shall request the City to make such inspection not later than June 23 of each calendar year for fireworks sold from June 25 through July 4 and not later than December 27 of each calendar year for fireworks sold from December 29 through December 31, and such inspection shall be made by the City within forty-eight (48) hours after the request. In the event of any violation, the license may not be picked up at the City Hall until the violation is corrected. (Amended by Ord. Nos. 360, 6/21/94; 782, 11/16/10)
