Each application for a license to sell fireworks from June 25 through July 4 shall be accompanied by a two thousand dollar ($2000.00) license fee. Each application for a license to sell fireworks from December 29 through December 31 shall be accompanied by a five hundred dollar ($500.00) license fee. If the license is granted, the fee shall be retained by the City. If the license is denied, the fee shall be returned to the applicant. (Amended by Ord. Nos. 360, 6/21/94; 475, 10/6/98; 782, 11/16/10)
