An organization or individual may receive only one (1) license to sell fireworks from June 25 through July 4 and only one (1) license to sell fireworks from December 29 through December 31. Each license granted shall be for one (1) specific location identified by address or suitable area description on the application. License shall be considered personal to the applicant and shall not be assignable or transferable in any manner. The issuance of a license for any particular season or combination of seasons does not create any expectation of or property interest in the issuance of a license for another season, except as may be provided by this Code.
