§ 1-607 ORDINANCES; PUBLICATION OR POSTING.
   All ordinances of a general nature shall, before they take effect, be published within fifteen (15) days after they are passed:
   (1)   In a legal newspaper in or of general circulation in the city or, if no paper is published in the City, then by posting a written or printed copy in each of three (3) public places in the City; or
   (2)   In book, or pamphlet, or electronic form.
